Deuce Carter '25 enters into his first season as wide receivers coach in 2026 after serving as tight ends coach the year prior.
In Carter's first season as a position coach, he helped Jayger Rainwater to an All-SCAC first team selection. Rainwater was the league's top tight end in 2025, recording 14 receptions for 220 yards and two touchdowns. The Warriors led the SCAC with 403 points (40.3 per game) and 446.5 yards per game.
Carter came on staff at his alma mater after serving as a student-assistant during his junior and senior years. He began his career at Hendrix as an offensive lineman.
Carter and his wife, Carter, a fellow Hendrix graduate and four-year women's basketball letterwinner, reside in Conway.
